Mother Dairy Calcutta (capacity 6.0 LLPD) the only ISO - 9002 dairy in Eastern India honoured with the International HACCP certification on food safety under the management of Milk Federation quite efficiently supplying 3.15 LLPD of milk, 1,379 kgs per day of Mishti Doi and Yoghurt, 1,171 Kgs per day of Khatta Dhai, 764 Kgs per day of Paneer to the satisfaction of the consumers in and around Kolkata.

The Federation is holding 47% of the shares of Rs.50 crores Dairy Project Metro Dairy Limited, Barasat having capacity 4.0 LLPD at present supplying 2.43 LLPD of liquid milk and 10,856 ltrs. of ice-cream per day in Kolkata and surrounding market successfully.
